Today's (3/10/26) Junior High baseball games at Pauls Valley have been cancelled.

Reminder: Friday, March 13th is a remote learning day. Students will have work sent home with them or on their google classrooms.

SPRING MUSIC SHOWCASE: Laughing, Learning, and Leveling Up
FOR ALL PK-4 STUDENTS , 5-12 CHOIR, AND HS DRUMLINE
TUES. APRIL 7TH AT 2 AND 7 PM

Our Spring Music Showcase is one month away, Tues. April 7th at 2 and 7 pm. Please make it a priority for your child to be at this performance! Our concert dates are put on our school calendar before the first day of school every year so that we can have the best attendance possible and be fair and encouraging to all of our performers. Our spring concerts have generally had lower attendance in the past few years. I have made every effort to move the concert up each year and out of the way of other events. Please be sure to communicate NOW with any coaches, activity directors, etc. that it is important that your student be there. We are very excited to put on this show for you and the students have been working so hard to get it ready. We hope you’ll make it your priority to be there and support all of our wonderful performers. Mark your calendars now!

Schedule Change! HS Softball will now play at 6 pm and 7:20 pm at the Fort Cobb tournament on Thursday, March 12th.

The HS softball games on Thursday, March 12th at Fort Cobb will be at 5:00 pm and 7:20 pm. The bracket is attached. The Friday schedule depends on Thursday games and will be posted later.

Alex Public Schools is pleased to announce Chance Grider as the new MS/HS Principal for the 2026-2027 School year. Mr. Grider was born and raised in Blanchard, OK. He attended Blanchard Public Schools from Kindergarten through graduation where he graduated as Valedictorian. He attended Southeastern Oklahoma State University, where he graduated with his Biology degree; he went on to complete his Masters in Educational Leadership from East Central University. Chance and his wife Taylor have been married nine years, and have two children: Knox and Sutton Rose. In his spare time, he enjoys golfing and playing outside with his children. He will be entering into his 13th year in education, and has experience with being a math and science teacher, elementary principal, and middle school principal. He has also coached basketball, golf, track, and 8-man football. He is excited for this new adventure as an APS Longhorn!
