Numerous Alex 4-H members were recognized at the Grady County 4-H banquet last night. Several members received multiple individual awards and the club was recognized for raising the most money for the "Change for Change" campaign with over $1600. Congratulations Alex 4-H!!!

5th and 6th graders will be playing at Chickasha on Thursday. Game times have changed. First game will start at 4:30 and games will be played at Chickasha High School. We will leave at 3:45 so students will load right after school.

Alex FFA Members Abby Pettijohn and Cale Beckham participated in the Regional FFA Greenhand Quiz contest last week. Abby scored 49 out of 50 on the written exam and finished 8th overall. Alex FFA hosted a quiz, creed and opening ceremonies contest on Monday. Members McKenna Hurley, Mayce Willis and Rheanna Montablo placed 1st in the 8th grade team FFA Creed division.

Tomorrow the 5th and 6th graders play Middleberg at Alex. First game starts at 4 and will be a girls game the 5th grade boys play afterwards. Then another girls game followed by 6th grade boys. All girls will suit up for both girls games.
