Elmore City girls cannot play due to quarantine so there will only be a high school boys game. It will begin at 6:30.
Friday, December 18th we have a change of opponent. Instead of Bray, we will now be playing Glencoe at Alex. Homecoming and game time remains the same. We are thankful our student-athletes are getting the opportunity to play. We are also thankful for the fans and parents who are so willing to be flexible during this trying year.
Parents of elementary students who sold for our Cookie Dough fundraiser will need to be at the Elementary School on December 17th between 4 and 6 p.m. to pick up their items for delivery.

Holiday Homecoming & New Year's Eve Dance/Game Night!
Holiday Homecoming Dance is Friday after the game until 11 PM. Dance is for 7-12 grade students that attend Alex Public Schools! No outside dates!
On New Year's Eve we will have a New Year's dance & game night! The event is open to 5-8 grade students from 7-9 PM & from 10-1 for 9th-12th grade students! Students must attend Alex Public Schools.

The boys basketball fundraiser dinner was moved to this Sunday. We will offer dine-in or curbside pick up.

Ampo protocols for tonights JH game
Tomorrow, Dec 15th, the HS BB teams will play at Binger. We are receiving 80 vouchers. If you plan on attending, please contact Diana Boatwright or Doug Tolson. Vouchers can be picked up tomorrow before 3:30 or at the Binger gate. Nobody will be allowed to enter the gym until 6pm.
Seniors: REC scholarship opportunity available in the Counseling office. The scholarship deadline is Jan. 19,2021.
Concurrent students: Please get recommendation forms filled out this week to get enrolled in college classes for next semester.
The ASVAB is scheduled for Wednesday morning at 8:15 in Coach Byrne’s room. All juniors take the test. Seniors, if you are interested, let Mrs. Byrne know.
Reminder: Friday is an early release day. Elementary car pick up line will begin at 2:10, buses will run at 2:35.

Thank you to the businesses who made very generous donations to our food drive! Waste Connections donated 25 hams and Camino gave $500 to purchase additional staples such as potatoes, cereal, & apples. We could not have provided the baskets without your help!
