Music and GT parents, please remember that we will be taking our trip to USAO tomorrow, Tuesday Sept. 23 from 12:30 to 2:30 to watch the Omanye music group from Ghana. Your child does not need money or anything else. They will eat lunch before going and then load the bus at 12:25.

HS softball will now play at 5pm at Roff, tomorrow, the 22nd.

Come support the Jr class tomorrow, Sept. 21st. They will be serving Shirley Ketchum's Indian Tacos.

Softball Senior Night Tonight! Game at 4:30; Senior recognition to follow!

Alex TSA had a great day OKC RiverSports! We didn't win the race but we had some spectacular sinkers.

If you ordered homecoming tshirts and chose "pick up from point of contact" they are at the school ready for you.

Our Music/GT students will have the opportunity to take a short field excursion to the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma (USAO) on Tuesday, September 23. We will be attending a concert of African music presented by Omanye, a talented group of musicians visiting from Ghana. This performance promises to be both fun and enriching, giving students a chance to experience African culture and music firsthand.
Please note the following details:
-This excursion is voluntary. This is not a required school event. Music and GT students do not have to go, but will be required to be in their normal classes if they remain at the school. GT students have already talked to Mrs. Simon about if they want to attend. No permission forms are needed.
-Lunch: Students will eat lunch at school before departure.
-Departure from school: 12:30 p.m.
-Concert time: 1:15–2:00 p.m. at USAO
-Return to school: Approximately 2:30 p.m., before regular dismissal.
Please have your student notify us, or you may notify me through email at [email protected] if you do not want your student attending this event.
This will be a very short trip, about two hours in total, but we are excited to provide this opportunity for our students to enjoy a unique musical and cultural experience.
Students who have the opportunity to go will be getting this same letter sent home with them today.
