Beta Club Meeting at lunch today in the hospitality room!

16 seniors signed up to attend a college fair today. These students will have an opportunity gather information from several different places. There are about 50 colleges, military branches, and some tech schools represented here.

8th graders have been practicing precision and accuracy using metric measuring tools.


It’s ACT day! Remember to bring a calculator and two pencils (no mechanical). Good luck to all of our testers!

The 5th and 6th graders will go back to Verden tomorrow. The boys will play at 6pm and the girls at 7pm.  The bus will leave at 4:45pm from in front of the high school.  
First day of basketball practice, we are ready to go!!

Anatomy & Physiology students just finished learning about tissues in the human body with a microscope investigation.



Lyric Theatre presented Professor Matt and Gerti’s Kid’s Clubhouse for our elementary students on Friday!

Congratulations to Kapp Dunn on showing the Champion Hampshire  Breeding Gilt at the Tulsa State Fair. 

Congratulations to Alex Black on her class winning yearling Dorset Advantage Ewe at the Tulsa State Fair Open and Junior shows. 

Congratulations to Kayla Venable on showing the Reserve Champion Dorset Advantage Ewe in the Open and Junior Breeding Ewe shows. Kayla also had Division 2 Champion Commercial Ewe.



Congratulations to Kate McLemore on showing the Champion Berkshire Breeding Gilt and Bronze overall Purebred at the Tulsa State Fair. 

The free ACT is Tuesday October 5th for our 10th, 11th, and 12th graders who signed up to take it. If you signed up, please be at the school by 8:00 am. It is important that you are in attendance and not late. 
Physical Science students have been investigating Gas Laws in the lab.


Our next school/parent partnership night is October 12th from 6:30-7:00. We will also have parent teacher conferences that night from 4-8. We look forward to seeing you.
