Here is another opportunity for a basketball skills camp for grades 5th-8th grades. Torrey Young is a former college player and is currently an assistant coach for a 5a State Championship team. He does individual lessons with several Alex athletes. Attached is flyer for registration.

It's almost here...the last day of the school year. Early Release Day Wednesday: May 10th! Elementary car line begins at 2:10; MS/HS released at 2:20 to load buses; buses will pull around to the elementary at 2:25. Have a great SUMMER!!!

Today is the last day to turn in your National Conference attendance form. If you have not turned in your form to Mrs. McCauley, you will not be attending the conference.
We've had several sign up for basketball camp. If your child hasn't brought a form in they can bring it the last two days of school. We will accept kids day of camp too. Forms were handed out to teachers, but they can get one from Mrs. Tina in elementary office if they need one!

Congratulations to Konner Shebester, Gracie Selzer, Jandi Hurley, and Baylan Byrd for receiving the prestigious State FFA Degree! This degree recognized these members' commitment to their academics, the FFA, and their community during their high school careers.
Many of our Alex FFA members were recognized for their achievements at State FFA Convention this week. Abby Pettijohn displayed her Agriscience Board and was recognized on stage. Konner Shebester received a Tulsa State Fair Scholarship, Jandi Hurley was recognized for her participation in the State Officer Nominating Committee, and Gracie Selzer for Employment Skills Career Development Event. Congratulations to these members!

Alex FFA members attended the 97th Oklahoma State FFA Convention in Tulsa, over the past 2 days. Convention attendees listened to motivational speakers, attended workshops, and spent time with other FFA members from all over the state of Oklahoma.
