Alex Little League will be hosting the last sign ups this Thursday January 18th from 5-6:30. Cost is $45 to play. Come out sign up for baseball and watch the Grady County Tournament.

There is another opportunity to get your child signed up for baseball. Alex Little League sign ups are Friday, December 12th, in the commons area from 5:30-6:30 pm. This is for ages from 5u Tball all the way to 12u kid pitch! Come join Alex Little League Baseball.

We will utilize our text messaging/call out system, school Facebook page, notifications on the school app, live feed on the school webpage, as well as local news stations (Channels 4, 5, 9, 25 & NewsOK.com). If you are not receiving text messages, be sure you have not opted out. If you did not receive it we either do not have the correct information on file or the number on file has opted out. We always appreciate our community who shows up for all of our programs. Today, Sunday Jan. 7th, was another example of amazing support provided to the boys basketball team. Thank you all for the donations and for letting us serve you. We have the best Longhorn family.
One of our 8th graders, with the Sunflower Project, would like to help some our community members who might be in need of some winter gear. Isabel Bates is looking for new or gently used coats, gloves, hats etc. If you have some to donate, please bring them to the high school office by January 16th. If you know of anyone in the community who might need these items please let Mrs. Byrne or Mrs. Boatwright know. The gear will be distributed January 18th. If you have questions you can contact Cyndi Bates. It's always a great day to be a Longhorn.
