A NOTE FROM THE SUPERINTENDENT
We will be starting school in just a couple of weeks and it seems like yesterday was senior graduation in May. It is hard to find where the time goes. I pray that all of you have had a blessed summer with your family. I know there is always so much going on in the summer that it seems there is no break. As your Superintendent, I want to say thank you for helping make Alex one of the best schools in the state. It is evident that the Vision of the School Board of Education and this Community’s goal is to make every child in Alex Public Schools succeed at the highest level of their ability.
Our Administration team has put together one of the best staffs in the state to educate your children. The long-term goal is that Alex Public School will be the best in the State. In order for that to happen we need a team effort from the parents and staff working together. Today it is vital we all work to see each student is held to a high standard in order for the student to achieve their goals. Start the year off right. Check to see weekly how your children are doing. Any questions, concerns, or even positive feedback is so important to the teachers.
Please keep looking for Open House night itinerary for August 4, 2022. It will be a great night to introduce football, softball, cheer, drumline, Alex staff, and share information about the upcoming bond issue. There will be a great meal free to all who attend Open House.
